Join Us for ROOTED & RESTED
This is a shared space for Black and Brown women to come together in presence and connection. Held every 2nd Saturday of the month at Oliphant Holistic Health in Brandon, FL
There is no therapy.
There is no teaching or leading.
There is no fixing or processing.
We gather to sit together, talk if we want, listen if we want, and simply be in community.
You are welcome to share, rest, or stay quiet.
All ways of being are respected here.
