Our Classes

GROUND | YIN Yoga

A slow, grounding practice designed to help the body unwind and settle. This class uses gentle, sustained stretches and steady breath to release physical tension and quiet mental overstimulation. Movements are unhurried and accessible, allowing space to soften, lengthen, and reconnect with the body. Ideal for the end of the day or anytime you need to slow down, decompress, and return to a sense of calm.

RESTORE | Restorative Yoga

A deeply supportive practice focused on rest, regulation, and nervous system recovery. The body is fully supported with props while you remain in comfortable positions for longer periods of time, allowing muscles to release without effort. This class emphasizes stillness, breath awareness, and safety in the body, making it especially helpful during periods of stress, burnout, or emotional processing. Often used within Somatic Circle, this practice creates space for integration and gentle release.
